Inspired by “A Vegan Resolution”, the New York Times article about vegan eating – I took a trip to the St. Michaels library to learn the difference between the Esselstyn diet (to reverse heart disease) and glycemic load. It was productive, but then……all I could think about was an “everything” bagel.
