Oysters Tacofeller?

Another brilliant fresh seafood idea by our Mayberry friends. Fresh oysters, covered with spinach, onion, bacon and cheese – popped into the broiler and served on hot corn tortillas, wrapped as tacos with a crunchy slaw. YUM.

    I use a drop of Pernod (or similar anise-based liqueur) in oysters rockefeller… It sounds like a total mismatch, but it’s awesome.
