3 finds in BALLmer, Merlin

A couple good finds yesterday in Baltimore, known by Marylanders as BALLmer, Merlin.

First? Kevin’s lunch at Jimmy’s in Fells Point – a meatloaf “stacker” that could only be digested with the help of a serious nap in the back seat of the car on the way home.

The second good find is something that only Baltimore would produce – a crab, mac and cheese dog? Holy Baloney.

And last? Outdoor art! A program of the Walters Art Museum, Art in the Streets brings reproduced classic paintings to City streets. Way cool.

  1. Wow. Those sandwiches are a little intimidating! But I love the street art! It would be even more cool if they showcased local artists, but any art exposure is a good thing.

  2. I would knock old ladies over to get to that crab mac and cheese dog!

  3. Eamon hopes you said hi to his gal Bertie waitressing at Jimmy’s. And seems your date time with your hubby was swell. Or at least filling.

    • We loved Jimmie’s! Well. Honestly? Kevin loved Jimmie’s. I was in a CITY, and hoping for something Asian and tasty. The cheesesteak wrap was….you know…..filling….
