Postcard from Virginia Beach

Here’s a photo sent today from Grif down in Virginia Beach – our favorite kayaking fisherman. He whipped out his phone just in time this morning when he was watching some dolphins and gannets feed on menhaden.

How would you like that thing sliding up against you when you’re swimming at the beach?

Whoa.

  1. Probably the hight point of my life… being in the water with wild dolphins… most exciting diving amidst a school of hammerhead sharks….

I’ve been lucky enough to do each of these several times… dolphins at the top of the list even compared with the adreniline of the sharks…
