You arrived like a rainstorm

A valentine from 2012, reblogged.

A Chesapeake Journal

from where? we don’t know.

You jumped in like angels appear after a snow.

We feel like we’ve known you…. for eons or so….

We’re SO glad you’re here, Patti….we want you to know.

  1. Thank you, Kathy…what a nice tribute! We are all “hanging in” here…

  2. I hadn’t arrived yet in 2012 and so this is the first time seeing this and I’m overcome. How very beautiful. Thank you so much.

  3. Kathy, thank you for this post… so very sweet.

  4. I was just reading your latest “end of the day” post when I glimpsed the title for this one… “You arrived like a rainstorm”…out of the corner of my eye. I immediately thought of Patti and was pleased when I clicked on the link and read this love note to her. Exactly the words her many friends wish to say to her now.

  5. I have been thinking about rainstorms a good deal lately…. I have kirke on the track of a short passage to share…

rain is good…. deep nourishing…. storms pass… the sun comes out… new energy for more life and love and rainstorms…

    love, patti
